You can go a long way towards getting a good review by communicating clearly with the customer and keeping them in the loop as to what’s going on with their order.
Three weeks after they place their order, your customer will get an email from Hello Pretty with a link to where they can rate your product, your service, and your shipping; as well as leave a comment.
When a customer leaves a comment on your store, you’ll get an email notification. (If they only leave a rating, you won’t be notified). You’ll be able to respond to their comment if you’d like to.
