All the handy links to all of the things you might ever want to do as a seller on Hello Pretty are linked to in the green seller menu. This is what it looks like when you hover in the icon in the top left, and the full green seller menu with all the things pops out:
View your store
Like it says, this one will take you to your storefront.
Add a product
Use this link to create a product from scratch. If you’re adding a product that is similar to something else listed in your store, you might want to instead clone the product.
Manage products
Manage products gives you the option to view all of your products on one page. You can rearrange their order, edit them or list and unlist them.
Unlisting a product means it is still in your store, but it will only be visible to you.
Clicking Edit will take you to the edit page for a particular product. Have a look at the Adding a Product help page for more information on your options here.
The four-way arrows you see to the left of each product are so that you can drag the product to rearrange the order in which they appear in your store. The product at the top of the list will be the first product in your store.
View sales
View Sales takes you to your sales listing. Here you’ll see a complete list of all your past and current sales, and you can manage their status. Have a look at the Managing Your Sales help page for more information.
Configure shipping
Over here, you can create a shipping profile that will auto-populate all your shipping defaults every time you add a new product. Which will make your life so much easier, we promise 🤞 Take a look at the guide for setting up your shipping profile.
Payouts
Payouts will show you a listing of all the payouts you’ve received for orders. Remember, Hello Pretty pays designers out every Tuesday for sales up to midnight the previous day.
Embed on Facebook & website
Did you know that you can embed your Hello Pretty store directly into your own website or Facebook business page, for free?? Yip! You can. You heard it from the source. Read the guide on adding your store to your website and Facebook page.
Gift vouchers
Gift Vouchers will allow you to create discount vouchers specific to your store. Have a look at the Creating a Voucher help page for more information. Store-specific vouchers are available on the Standard plan.
Extend store plan
If you’d like to either upgrade your plan, or top up your plan upgrade, this is what you want to click on. When you visit this page you’ll be able to select which plan you want, and for how many months.
